I hope you're all having a nice Lockdown and I am hoping that we might be going back to school next week. Here is another task from the Ocean Matrix. Firstly, we had to read some awesome facts about the Ocean. Then we had to make a visual of Canva with the info we had got from the site. I hope you guys learn some new cool facts about our Moana.

Ni hao Team!

So far for Inquiry, we have been learning about ocean sustainability and how we can save our oceans. Our initial task was to create a wearable arts outfit out of plastics and base it on something that relates to the sea. But unfortunately, lockdown snuck along and now we are doing tasks of a Matrix. The task I had to do was create a video/animation and base it around fishing or fishing sustainability. I decided to go for... STOP MOTION!!

Just bear in mind that this is my first, and I mean FIRST! stop motion video. I sincerely apologise for the bad lighting if you can not see it. But most of all enjoy and I hope you get the message I am trying to send to you through this video.

What is Japanese fashion?

Konichiwa Bloggers! As you can see there is a mysterious link at the top of the post. You might be wondering what it could be. Well, for inquiry all the home bases in Toroa have started going around in a rotation. We started first with our Home base teachers. Mr Shaw's class was all about the really cool things you can use instead of google slides. He gave us all the topic "Japan", My buddy and I decided to base our work on Japanese fashion. We had to choose a app (Not google slides) to present our work on. We had to choose out of I-movie, Canva, google sites (Which we actually weren't aloud to do) and adobe spark. I choose the one I was more familiar with. CANVA! I did most of the detail and Colour on it and Angelica looked up Amazing and astonishing Info. I found it a really cool topic and enjoyed putting all the detail on it. I think the challenge was finding what fit with what. I hope you enjoy my japan presentation. My Cool Civilisation

For the past week for inquiry, we have been focused on making our own Civilisation in a certain biome we choose. I have chosen temperate forests and started doing my government and laws for it.

I have named it Lulandia.

Soon the Glasses Savior will be your Savior

Hi bloggers! My name is Lucy and I am a student at Marshland School.

These past few weeks, for inquiry I have been organising something to be 3D printed that helps the community. I did it with Gemma B, Lachie B and Devan C.

We have finished designing our 3D printed Glasses holder. We have named it the Glasses Savior.

We had to include some sort of branding, so we made a whole slide to show what we have done.
